2. Cara 1: hapus akun di aplikasiOption 1: delete the account in the app

1. Buka aplikasi RENEWA.Open the RENEWA app.
2. Buka halaman Akun & Premium.Open the Akun & Premium (Account & Premium) page.
3. Pilih Hapus Akun.Choose Hapus Akun (Delete Account).
4. Baca konfirmasi penghapusan, lalu konfirmasi tindakan tersebut.Read the deletion confirmation, then confirm the action.
5. Pilih akun Google yang sama sekali lagi sebagai konfirmasi.Choose the same Google account again as confirmation.

If that confirmation does not appear, for example because there is no internet connection or the Google account confirmation was cancelled, the account has not been deleted; try again or submit a request by email. If the app tells you that some local data could not be cleared, clear RENEWA's app data through the app settings in Android.

3. Cara 2: ajukan permintaan melalui emailOption 2: submit a request by email
